this class combines art, movement and meditation to inspire the creation of a personal mandala.  Mandalas are a source of reflection in spiritual energy: an expression of your inner self.  this four week session will focus on creating a final mandala using any medium of your choice.  Each session will include ways to bring our your creativity and listen to your hearts messages.  It will be fun!
